Salon owner and leading stylist, Gro Ferskaug has mastered the art of hairdressing with over 25 years in the beauty industry. After training at the esteemed Vidal Sassoon Academy, Gro moved on to instruct hair design in Chicago, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles and San Francisco as an educator for Vidal Sassoon before opening her self-named salon in 1995. With an imaginative approach to both trendy and classic styles, Gro now provides education at Gro Salon for Chicago’s up-and-coming hair masters. While her talent and business smarts speak for themselves, Gro’s kind heart, candid personality and Norwegian values keep a diverse clientele from all over the world in her chair – many of whom have followed Gro since her Academy days.
